  • Within regular 2-3 week release cycles, independently upload, format, and QA the copy, images, and interactive components of new educational content using an in-house markup language.

  • Create, organize, and maintain metadata of 8500+ interactive content pages within production environments.

  • Storyboarded, produced, animated, and directed multiple phonics multimedia videos in IXL’s collaboration with Wyzant.

  • Worked on multiple IXL products including IXL Learning, ABCya.com, Vocabulary.com, and Education.com. 

  • Independently researched, led, and conducted small group instructional courses weekly.

  • Taught courses on Game Design, 3D Modeling, and Animation principles using a wide host of professional software, including Unity, GitHub, Adobe Animate, Adobe Photoshop, and Autodesk Maya.

  • Designed and Authored "Animation Studio: Character Design" (ages 10-12), "Virtual Robotics: Castle Crashers" (ages 7-9), and "Virtual Robotics: Artificial Intelligence" (ages 10-12) for iD Tech's SQUADS After School program. 

  • Responsible for the creation of all instructional material, including full example projects, written instructions, and visual aids.

  • Received confidential calls from clients and assisted them with creating ethics and compliance-related reports regarding their workplace.

  • Responsible for accurately reporting information in real-time.

  • Dealt with complaints of any severity with empathy and clarity.

  • Worked with kids aged 7-17 teaching game development and level design using industry-standard software, including Unreal Engine 4, Autodesk Maya, Roblox, and Minecraft.

  • Assist Camp Director with interfacing with parents/guardians, addressing concerns and complaints, and writing weekly internal reports.
